The island today

One of the last untouched places, and the intention is that it stays that way.

The island's forest and shoreline

The land

Forest, limestone, and a shoreline that was here first.

The island is developed at a density chosen to protect it: residences are placed into clearings that already existed, and the forest between them is left alone.

The lagoon at The Island

The water

A lagoon on one side, open sea on the other.

Sheltered water for swimming and paddling, and deeper water beyond it for sailing and diving — the two are a few minutes apart.

Island overview

Two collections, shaped by one island.

The aerial view shows the relationship between forest, shoreline and water. Detailed residence positions will only be published once their surveyed coordinates are confirmed.
